Gruppa Organic belongs to two organic growers with organic apple orchards of more than 250 ha. Most apples are grown in a very good microclimate and soil conditions of soil classes 2 & 3.
Gruppa Organic also supplies organic pears, sour cherries, plums, strawberries, and cucumbers.
Gruppa Organic supplies more than 20.000 tons of fresh organic apples per year. We grow almost 10.000 tons and source about 10.000 tons of organic apples in Poland – only from the approved and fully monitored Polish growers during the whole season. Our advantage is that we work with the growers for 12 months, and not only at the moment of the purchase.
Having an experienced Agronomist who manages organic control procedure, we can ensure 100% control of organic production from field to fork.
Our orchards are located in the southeast of Poland, in the Lipowa village, and in the center east of Poland, in Leżenice and Osiemborów villages.
The biggest advantage of our production is safety of the end organic product. Up to 5,000 tons of apples come from one single orchard with no other apple neighbors.
Lipowa was established in 1954 as a part of National Pomology Institute in Skierniewice. The Insitute, currently apart from the research, also has national, accredited and reference laboratory for organic goods.

No industry around. The area is surrounded by a natural barrier of herbaceous plants.
Microclimate: hills with south slop.
In organic production, we only use natural means with a contact effect. Thanks to precise monitoring, we are able to set on time treatments, which are very precise. This is the unique approach and know-how we use in Lipowa, Leżenice, Osiemborów and in our growers orchards. We have our own and independent, all-year-round, modern protection of orchards. All our locations are equipped with weather stations with disease models and 3 levels monitoring of apple scab (venturia inequalis).
Eventually, we are able to have accurate interpretation of the trap and the orchard leaves in order to set just in time plant protection.
